中國塑料污染治理理念與實踐 內容簡介
本書旨在總結中國塑料污染治理的理念、實踐和經驗, 為世界其他國家和地區的塑料污染治理提供借鑒, 為全球塑料污染治理貢獻中國智慧和中國力量。經過幾十年的努力, 中國塑料污染治理取得了顯著成效: 一是建立起了由市場自發形成的覆蓋廣泛的廢塑料循環利用體系, 回收廢塑料超過全球同期回收總量的45% ; 二是依托完善的塑料工業體系, 形成了覆蓋高中低端的完善的再生塑料利用體系, 材料化利用率達到30% ; 三是中國不僅對本國產生的塑料廢棄物進行了有效回收利用, 在1992-2018年間還累計處置利用了來自歐盟、美國等其他國家和地區的1.06億噸塑料廢棄物, 并將其轉化為再生塑料原料, 為全球塑料污染治理作出了巨大貢獻。
