埃·奧·卜勞恩（E.O.Plauen）原名埃里克·奧賽爾（Erich Ohser），德國著名漫畫家。1934年12月，他應《柏林畫報》之邀，以e. o. plauen為筆名開辟了一個連環漫畫專欄，開始《父與子》（Vater und Sohn）等幾部連環漫畫的創作。《父與子》在發表后獲得了極大的成功，被譽為德國幽默的象征，卜勞恩也一舉成名。
