醫療糾紛促進式調解理論與技能 作者簡介
晏英,山西大學政治與公共管理學院副教授,碩士生導師。兼任中華預防醫學會公共衛生管理與法治分會委員,中國醫院協會醫療法制專業委員會委員,山西省社會法學會副會長,山西省衛生法學會常務理事,陜西省法學會醫事法學理論與實踐研究會理事,《醫師在線》專家委員會委員,廣東省第二人民醫院醫療糾紛調解顧問。主持2018年度國家社科基金項目《醫院內醫療糾紛促進式調解程序構建研究》。主持2022年度四川省教育廳四川醫事衛生法治研究中心與中國衛生法學會聯合項目《敘事調解在醫療糾紛解決中的運用研究》。
