汪榕培，1942年生，著名學(xué)者、英語教育家、翻譯家，在英語詞匯學(xué)、典籍英譯和中西文化比較研究等方面成就卓著。先后在大連外國語大學(xué)、蘇州大學(xué)、大連理工大學(xué)等校擔(dān)任教授兼博士生導(dǎo)師。發(fā)表論文六十余篇，出版論（譯）著五十余部，主審各類論（譯）著和詞典二十余部。專著包括《比較與翻譯》《陶淵明詩歌英澤比較研究》等，譯著有《英譯老子》《英譯易經(jīng)》《英譯詩經(jīng)》《英譯莊子》《英譯漢魏六朝詩三百首》《英譯孔雀東南飛·木蘭詩》《英譯陶詩》《陶淵明集》《英譯湯顯祖戲劇全集》等，其中八種已入選《大中華文庫》，還澤有折子戲劇本五十余出，為中國文化走向世界做了大量工作，在學(xué)術(shù)界獲得廣泛贊譽(yù)。
